BBQ Comp. Pros and Joes

Well we had a great weekend at Pros and Joes BBQ Showdown!!  We took 5th in chicken and 2nd in Ribs.  Word has it we were 4th overall.    Funny thing is we thought that our Ribs were not our best!  I was thinking Chicken was great!  Turns out only 5th.  Our team was thinking out tri-tip was a winner!  Not even top 5!  But going 2, 5 and 4th over all not bad!  You have to love them Eggs!  They always put you in a great spot to WIN!!!!  The coaches were fun to cook with!  Was a good time Would have loved to win but we are happy were what we did.  So if you need some good stuff for your next bbq come on in to Jimmy james bbq Pro shop.  or see us on line at www.jimmyjamesbbq.com   talk to you later.
